7-Day Exchange & Return Policy

We offer exchanges or returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item you received is damaged

  • The item is not the same as what you ordered

To Be Eligible for a Return or Exchange:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of issue (photos of the item and packaging) must be provided

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item showing the issue

    • A brief explanation of the problem

  2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours

  3. If approved, we’ll arrange an exchange or refund as per your preference

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns for items due to style preference, or general dislike unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted
